51.—(1) Article 6 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 4, in the second subparagraph—
(a)for “into the Community” substitute “from a country other than an EU country”;
(b)omit “in the Community”.
(3) In paragraph 7 omit “within the Community”.
(4) Omit paragraph 9.
