Amendments to Article 32

68.—(1) Article 32 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) for “Community” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b) for “third” substitute “non-EU”.

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) for the words from “Community” to “Member State” substitute “United Kingdom,”;

(b) for “third” substitute “non-EU”.
