Amendment of regulation 26 (prevention of deterioration of habitats and disturbance of species)

47.—(1) Regulation 26 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (3)—

(a) after paragraph 3(b), insert “and”; and

(b) omit paragraphs 3(c) and the “and” that follows it.

(3) In paragraph (4)—

(a) in paragraph 4(b), after sub-paragraph (ii), insert “and”;

(b) omit sub-paragraphs (4)(c).

(4) Omit paragraph (5).
