The Credit Transfers and Direct Debits in Euro (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

6.  In Regulation 6(2) of the Credit Transfers and Direct Debits in Euro (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018(1), in point (A2) of the inserted text—

(a) in point (a), at the end, omit “and”;

(b) at the end of point (b), insert—

“and

(c) Gibraltar;”.
