(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)in the first place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;
(b)in point (a)—

(ii)for “above the territory to which the Treaties apply” substitute “of the United Kingdom”;
(c)omit points (b) and (c);
(d)in point (d)—
(i)for “Agency” substitute “CAA”;

(3) In paragraph 2—
