Amendment of Subpart I of Section B of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014

261.—(1) Section B, Subpart I (airworthiness review certificate) is amended as follows.

(2) In point M.B.901, in both places the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(3) In point M.B.902—

(a) in the heading, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(b) in point (a)—

(i) in the first place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(ii) for “EASA Form 15a” substitute “CAA Form 15a”;

(iii) in the second place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(c) in points (b), (c) and (d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.

(4) In point M.B.903, in each place the words occur, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
