SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION

Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002

4.—(1) The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “dangerous substance”, for “laid down” substitute “as provided for”.
