PART 5 Further amendment of the Plant Health (England) Order 2015: exiting the European Union

88.  In article 24—

(a) in the heading, for “plant passports” substitute “UK plant passports”;

(b) in paragraphs (1) to (5), for “plant passport”, in each place it occurs, substitute “UK plant passport”;

(c) in paragraph (4)(b)—

(i) after “by a” insert “regulated”;

(ii) omit the words from “of” to the end.
