PART 1 Introductory

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Farming (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force—

(a) as regards regulations 11, 12 and 13 and Part 4, immediately before exit day;

(b) otherwise, on exit day.
