Insertion of regulation 6(8)

40.  After regulation 6(7) insert—

“(8) In regulation 43 (devices for performance evaluation)—

(a) in the opening words, for “his authorised representative” substitute “their authorised representative”;

(b) in paragraph (b)(ii), for “the Directive” substitute “these Regulations”.”.
