The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 205(1), 216(6)(a) and 222(1)(b) of the Planning Act 2008(1), with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before the House of Commons in accordance with section 222(2)(b) of the Planning Act 2008.
2008 c. 29. Most of the functions of the Secretary of State under Part 11, in relation to Wales, were transferred to the Welsh Ministers by article 44 of S.I. 2018/644. There are amendments to sections 205 and 216 not relevant to these Regulations.
