1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Codes of Practice and Transit Code of Practice) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st May 2021.
(2) This article and article 3 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3) Article 2 extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
