Temporary event notices: consequential amendment to prescribed forms

4.  In the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005(1)—

(a) for the form in Schedule 1(2), substitute the form in Schedule 1 to these Regulations;

(b) for the form in Schedule 4(3), substitute the form in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
