Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)

4.  In regulation 2—

(a) at the end of the definition of “premises”, after the words “care or treatment”, insert “and in regulation 12(3), does not include any surrounding grounds”; and

(b) after the definition of “premises” insert—

““processing” in regulation 12(5) and 17(2)(d)(iii) has the meaning given in section 3 (terms relating to the processing of personal data) of the Data Protection Act 2018(1) and “process” in regulation 12(4) is to be construed accordingly;”.
