1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (2020 UEFA European Championship Licensing Hours) Order 2021 and comes into force on 10th July 2021.
(2) In this Order—
“the celebration period” means the period from 9:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on 11th July 2021;
“the specified time” means the period beginning with the expiry of the opening hours(1) and ending at 11:15 p.m.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
“Opening hours” is defined in section 172(5) of the Licensing Act 2003.
