Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 108, 111 and 122 of the Environmental Protection Act 19901.
In accordance with section 126(5) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Food Standards Agency.
In accordance with paragraph 13(4) of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
