1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act (Continuation) Order 2022.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the British overseas territories (except Gibraltar) and the Channel Islands(1).
Section 378(1) of, and paragraph 149 of Schedule 16 to, the Armed Forces Act 2006 were extended to the Channel Islands by S.I. 2009/3215 and S.I. 2010/765.
