The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(1)(c), 25(1) to (3) and (5)(c), 31 and 35(2)(a) and (b) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 20221. In accordance with section 35(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
