3.—(1) This Order comes into force on 1st March 2023, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) The following provisions come into force on 1st May 2023—
(a)article 4(1) and (2);
(b)articles 5(2) and 6(3) so far as they insert the definition of “parental guardianship case”;
(c)article 5(4), (5) and (8);
(d)article 6(2) so far as it inserts new sub-paragraph (db); and
(e)article 7(2).
(3) Articles 4(3), 7(3)(a) and 8 come into force on the first day on which a provision of Part 3 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021(1) (except a power to make regulations) comes into force, including where that provision is brought into force for a specified purpose or in relation to a specified area under section 90 of that Act.
