The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(5) and (7) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (“the Act”)(1).
The Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 29(4) of the Act.
In accordance with section 29(5) and (7) of the Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
2015 c. 6; Part 5 of the Act was amended by the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (Risk of Being Drawn into Terrorism) (Amendment and Guidance) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/928).
