Coming into force

The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 116B(3), (4), (5) and (7)(b) and (c) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19921 (“the Act”).

In accordance with section 116B(9) of the Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
