2.  An offence under the following provisions of the Sexual Offences Act 2003(1)—

(a)section 1 (rape);

(b)section 2 (assault by penetration);

(c)sections 5 to 8 (rape and other offences against children under 13);

(d)sections 9 to 12 (child sex offences);

(e)sections 30 to 33 (offences against persons with a mental disorder impeding choice);

(f)sections 47 to 50 (sexual exploitation of children).

2003 c. 42.  Sections 47 to 50 were repealed in relation to Northern Ireland by articles 78(c) and 83 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/1769) (N.I. 2).  Section 47(7) was repealed by articles 3 and 8 of the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/1779).  Sections 48 to 50 were amended by section 68(1) and (3) to (5) of the Serious Crime Act 2015 (c. 9).
