The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(1)(a) and (2)(a), and section 157(2)(c) of the Government of Wales Act 20061, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 150(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
