The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 207A(6) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19921.
In accordance with section 207A(9) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation, commencement and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (Amendment of Schedule A2) Order 2024 and comes into force on 18th July 2024.

Amendment of Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19922
