4. In Schedule 3 to the 2023 Regulations (excepted connectable products), after paragraph 5 insert—

Products are excepted in Great Britain under this paragraph if they are products to which Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles(1) applies.
7. Products are excepted in Great Britain under this paragraph if they are products to which Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles(2) applies.
8. Products are excepted in Great Britain under this paragraph if they are products to which Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 February 2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles(3) applies.”.
EUR 2018/858. Article 2 of EUR 2018/858, which specifies the products that are within the scope of that Regulation, has been amended by S.I. 2022/1273.
EUR 2013/168. Article 2 of EUR 2013/168, which specifies the products that are within the scope of that Regulation, has not been amended.
EUR 2013/167. Article 2 of EUR 2013/167, which specifies the products that are within the scope of that Regulation, has been amended by EUR 2019/519.
