Where a GLA road becomes a trunk road by an order under section 10(2) of the 1980 Act, section 11 of the 1980 Act (local and private Act functions with respect to trunk roads) shall have effect as if each reference to a council included a reference to TfL.

This section applies in relation to any GLA road which becomes a trunk road whether before or after the coming into force of this Act.
