3Amend section 8 (the navigation area) with effect from the appointed day fixed for the purposes of section 35 of this Act as follows—
(1)In subsection (1), after paragraph (c) insert “and
(d)Breydon Water and the Lower Bure”.
(2)Omit subsection (7).
