LXIncumbent not liable to Penalty for Non-residence while the Tenant occupies.
Provided always, and be it enacted, That no Spiritual Person shall be liable to any Penalty for not residing in any such House of Residence during such Time as such Tenant shall continue to occupy such House of Residence or other Building or Appurtenances necessary to the Occupation of the same.
