13Application to Northern Ireland
This Act in its application to Northern Ireland shall have effect subject to the following modifications :—
(a)References to the High Court shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as references to the High Court in Northern Ireland:
(b)For the references to section ninety-nine and section two hundred and thirteen of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act, 1925, there shall be substituted respectively references to section sixty-one and section eighty-four of the [40 & 41 Vict. c. 57.] Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Ireland), 1877, as amended by any subsequent enactment.
