This Act may be cited as the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Act, 1943, and this Act and the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Acts, 1914 to 1933, may be cited together as the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Acts, 1914 to 1943.

The provisions of the principal Act set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.
