This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
9Where at the commencement of the relevant year the amount of the rent or, as the case may be, the maximum amount of the rent is fixed, determined or approved in respect of any dwelling-house by or in pursuance of any of the enactments specified in the next succeeding paragraph, the amount of such rent or, as the case may be, such maximum amount of the rent shall be reduced by an amount equal to the relevant fraction of such rent or maximum rent.
