(1)The Minister may by order made by statutory instrument provide for the dissolution of the Agricultural Land Commission and the Welsh Agricultural Land Sub-Commission and the transfer to the Minister of any property, rights, obligations or liabilities of the first-mentioned Commission.
(2)On the dissolution of the Commissions the enactments specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act shall cease to have effect to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.
