Where a licensing authority revoke a scheme licence, the revocation shall not have effect until the end of the time within which notice of appeal may be given and, if such notice is given, until the determination or abandonment of the appeal.

If, on an appeal against the decision of a licensing authority to revoke a scheme licence, the Crown Court or, as the case may be, the sheriff confirms the decision of the licensing authority, the court or the sheriff may, if it or he thinks fit, order that the revocation shall be postponed until the end of a further period not exceeding two months from the date of the order.
