(1)Subject to subsection (2) of this section, the contribution such as ismentioned in section 24(1) of this Act to be paid by the TotalisatorBoard in respect of any levy period shall be such as may be determinedbefore the beginning of that period by the Levy Board afterconsultation with the Totalisator Board.
