SCHEDULE 6Amendments as from 1st April 1965 in Highways Act 1959

After section 2 (b) there shall be inserted—

“(c)
where the road is situated in a London borough, the Greater London Council or the council of the borough, according as the road is or is not designated by the order as a metropolitan road”.
