This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
The limitations on the power of the Parliament of Northern Ireland to make laws imposed by paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of section 4(1) of the Government of Ireland Act 1920 (which specify, amongst the matters in respect of which that Parliament is not to have power to make laws, the Crown and the property of the Crown, naval, military and air forces and treaties and relations with foreign states or any part of Her Majesty's dominions) shall not be construed so as to prevent that Parliament from including, in a law made by it for purposes similar to those of this Act (or any of them), provisions corresponding to all or any of the provisions of sections 83 and 84 of this Act (other than provisions with respect to Scotland).
