Sections 67A, 67B and 67C of F2this Act and articles 5 to 7 of the Regulatory Reform (Special Occasions Licensing) Order 2001 shall apply in relation to a licensed canteen as they apply in relation to premises for which a justices’ on-licence is in force, with the substitution for any reference to the holder of the justices’ licence of a reference to the holder of the canteen licence.
