195 Application of s. 194 to offences under Licensing Act 1872 and Licensing Act 1902. E+W

Subsections (1) and (2) of the preceding section shall apply to offences under section 12 of the M1 Licensing Act 1872, and the said subsection (2) also to offences under section 6 of the M2 Licensing Act 1902.
