6 Wireless telegraphy.U.K.
An Order in Council under [F1section 23 of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982] may make provision for treating for the purposes of the M1Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 [F2and the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 and any regulations made under either of those Acts] any installation in [F3waters to which that section applies and] with respect to which provision is made under that section and any waters within five hundred metres of such an installation as if they were situated in such part of the United Kingdom as may be specified in the Order.
