Harbours Act 1964

[F1 15 E+W+S Before the Secretary of State determines an application he shall—

(a) consult, and

(b) send any environmental statement supplied to him under paragraph 8(1) [F2 and any further information falling within paragraph 10A(2)] to,

such bodies likely to have an interest in the project by reason of their environmental responsibilities as he thinks appropriate.]
