Part I E+W+S Procedure for Submission and Confirmation of Harbour Reorganisation Schemes

1 E+W+SThe submission to the Minister of a harbour reorganisation scheme shall be effected by depositing with him [F2 not less than six copies][F2 a copy] of the scheme together with [F2 not less than six copies][F2 a copy] of any map or maps which, if the scheme is confirmed in the form submitted, will be required to be annexed to it.
