Any power conferred by this Act on the Minister, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food or the Secretary of State to make an order, or on the Minister to make regulations, shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument containing an order under section . . . F1, 9(1), F215A, 18(7), . . . F1 or 60 of this Act or regulations under section 19, . . . F1 or 42 thereof shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
