There shall be a body to be called the Hairdressing Council which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.

The Hairdressing Council shall be constituted in accordance with Part I of Schedule 1 to this Act and the supplementary provisions contained in- Part II of that Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Council.
