9E+W+SIf a person discloses (otherwise than in the performance of his duty or for the purposes of any legal proceedings, including arbitrations, or for the purposes of a report of any such proceedings as aforesaid) any information obtained by him in any premises entered by him in exercise of the powers conferred by o*’r by virtue of this Schedule, he shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding [F1level 3 on the standard scale]or to imprison-ment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both.
