SCHEDULE 6Power to Enter on Land and to Prospect and Survey Land.
Obstruction.
8A person who wilfully obstructs a person acting in the exercise of his powers under this Schedule shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty Pounds.
