(a) in relation to a compulsory purchase order confirmed before the commencement of this Act under Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1946 or section 24 of the M1 Water Act 1945 or Part III of the M2 Housing Act 1957, or

(b) in relation to a compulsory purchase order made before the commencement of this Act under Part II of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1946, or section 9 or section 23 of the Water Act 1945 or section 67 of the M3 Water Resources Act 1963, or section 11 of the M4 Pipe-lines Act 1962, or

(c) in relation to a notice served under section 59 of the M5 Housing Act 1964 before the commencement of this Act.

The repeals in this Part of this Schedule take effect as from the expiration of a period of one month beginning with the passing of this Act, and extend to the provisions of the Act of 1845 as incorporated in any other Act or provision having effect under an Act.
