In section 7 the words from “married women” where they first occur to “idiots” where that word first occurs, the words “any estate in dower or to”, the words “for life, or for lives and years, or”, the words “married women entitled to dower or”, the words “for life or for lives and years or”, the words from “and as to such married women” to the word “disability” (before the words “and as to such trustees”).

The repeals in this Part of this Schedule take effect as from the expiration of a period of one month beginning with the passing of this Act, and extend to the provisions of the Act of 1845 as incorporated in any other Act or provision having effect under an Act.
