(3)The provisions of this Act as to the execution of deeds poll have effect subject to section 7(4) of the M1Law of Property Act 1925 (under which any such power of disposing of a legal estate exercisable by a person who is not the estate owner is, when practicable, to be exercised in the name and on behalf of the estate owner).
