12 Subsequent registration under Land Registration Act 1925 and 1936. E+W

The following provisions shall have effect with respect to the registration [F1 in the register of title] of any land after the ownership of the land has been registered under this Act, that is to say—

F2 (a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(b) if the registration authority is notified by the Chief Land Registrar that the land has been registered [F1 in the register of title] the authority shall delete the registration of the ownership under this Act and indicate in the register in the prescribed manner that it has been registered under those Acts.
