Any reference in this Act to an enactment shall be construed as a reference to that enactment as amended by any other enactment including this Act.

The enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column thereof.

This Act may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1966, and shall extend to Scotland only.
